All times, are approximate start times for each division. Tournament will finish Monday.

All teams must be prepared to play at 11:59pm Friday

Pull-Out & Rain-Out Credit Policy:

- 0 games played: Full Credit to future A thru Z Tournament -( minus 10% pre- tournament expenses)

- 1 game played 75% credit

- 2 games played: 50% credit

- 3 games played 25% credit

- 4 games played 0 credit

- Once a game starts it is considered to be a game played.

 Entry/Pull-Out Fees:

$50 Late-Pullout Fee (less than 10 days  before the event)

Teams pulling out after the brackets are done or when event is sold out are responsible for the entire entry fee.

If we can replace your team, we will only charge the $50 late pullout fee.

Individual  game "No-Show" Fee:

Teams that do not show up for any  game after your 1st game (thereby shorting another team a game) will be charged a $100 fee. That fee will be given to the opposing team that got shorted.

 $50 fee for any bounced checks.

* Extra:

A thru Z Baseball reserves the right to modify game times,Location or bracket structure due to field conditions, time constraints,  team count, or inclement weather. Also overflow fields may be used and will be in a reasonable distance from main fields.
